Two people are in custody after police said a teen was shot and killed attempting to sell shoes. Hampton Police told FOX 5 they received a call about gunshots on Revolutionary Drive just after 10 p.m. Monday. Responding officers found an 18-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds. The teen was taken to Henry Piedmont Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim’s father told police his son had gone to meet someone to sell tennis shoes he had listed on Instagram. Police said they detained a man and a woman during a traffic stop. They were in a vehicle that matched the description of one seen leaving the scene of the shooting.
