MILWAUKEE — A collision involving multiple cars took place close to the intersection of 80th Street and Kiehnau Avenue, directly in front of Morse Middle School.
The collision involved a vehicle that had been reported stolen, a school bus, a silver Mercedes SUV, and a pick-up truck belonging to Milwaukee Public Schools.
Police in Milwaukee have stated that a 15-year-old boy who can be seen on the cellphone footage hanging out of the passenger window of the stolen Kia when it strikes the school bus is currently being treated for injuries that are considered to be life-threatening.
According to the police, another passenger on the bus, a child aged 11, was injured and sent to the hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.
During this time, the people who were inside the stolen Kia sped away from the accident scene before the police arrived.
